Ditesol started as a boutique web hosting and design shop and has evolved into a full-service agency for organizations that want to be great on the web — not just present on it.

Our story

Ditesol stands for DIgital TEchnology SOLutions — which is exactly what we set out to build: practical technology for real businesses, not technology for its own sake.

We started building websites for Kenyan founders and small businesses years ago — on the same LAMP + WordPress stack most agencies in the region still use.

Over time, we noticed a pattern: clients wanted fast, secure, and modern sites that a small team could maintain. WordPress got them online, but rarely got them there.

Today, Ditesol builds primarily on AWS with modern JavaScript stacks — Astro, React, Node, and serverless. When clients specifically need WordPress hosting, we route them to our partner ServerSculpt, who does one thing exceptionally well.
